Government Council of Wednesday, May 17, 2023

On Wednesday, 26 Chaoual 1444 H, corresponding to 17 May 2023, the Government Council held a Government Council, chaired by Mr. Aziz Akhannouch, Head of Government, devoted to the examination of a number of draft legal texts, with a view to presenting them to the attention of the Ministerial Council, and the following:
1. Draft Decree No. 2.23.05 on the organization of the Royal Military School of Administration, presented by Mr. Abdellatif Loudiyi, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of the Administration of National Defense.
2. Draft Decree No. 2.23.360 amending Decree No. 2.14.645 of 2 Safar 1436 (25 November 2014) on the reorganization of the Royal Air Academy, also presented by Mr. Abdellatif Loudiyi, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of the National Defense Administration.
3. Draft Decree No. 2.23.432 amending and supplementing Decree No. 2.09.196 of 24 Jumada I 1432 (28 April 2011) on the organization of the Mohammed VI International Academy of Civil Aviation, also submitted by Mr. Abdellatif Loudiyi, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of the Administration of National Defense.
Subsequently, the Government Council deliberated and approved the draft Decree No. 2.23.431 on the provision of additional appropriations for the general budget, presented by Mr. Faouzi Lekjaa, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance in charge of the Budget.
